FACILITY RULES

When visiting Sports Additive we ask that you treat it like home and respect the following rules:

1. Arrive on time.
2. Parents please sign drop off sheet before leaving. Be sure to leave your cell phone number incase of emergency.

3. Players please remove outdoor shoes and place with your belongings under blue or white benches near entrance.
4. No unattended children. This means our staff is only responsible for registered players. If siblings, friends, or others are attending to spectate all children must be attended by parents. 

Players/ Parents may request a pro rated refund at anytime during any season by email to sportsadditive@gmail.com. Please use subject REFUND and include the reason for your request in your message.

Please note: there is a $50 administration fee charged for all prorated refunds.

It is our goal to have your prorated refund sent within 14 business days from the time we receive your request. The total amount of your refund is calculated according to:

1. The amount paid for registration 

2. We deduct the funds for the amount of sessions the player attended.

3. We deduct administration fees ($50)
